Vaccination against Avian Metapneumovirus Infection
Vaccination is the backbone of Avian Metapneumovirus control.
Two types of vaccine are used:
- Live vaccines (attenuated viruses)
- Inactivated vaccines, usually formulated in an oil emulsion adjuvant
